Take a walk (Photo a day)

Sorry for missing yesterday!

Take a walk...
I really don't do this enough! 
But as the sun is out more and spring is approaching it's time to get outside!

Having time to yourself improves your mental health and perspective on life. 
Taking out the time to go for a walk reduces stress, and we all know the effects stress can have on bodies! 
Spots, blemishes, low mood and lack of sleep.  

Also, Let's not fail to mention the positive effects a little sun can have on your skin and mood :)
